To apply for a FCJHS Academic Award
Contact your academic advisor for a copy of the application and attached proposal guide or, if you are viewing this on your laptop or other large computer screen, download and print the Application and Proposal Guide file. The documents will be in your download folder. Then, after completion, send the documents by mail or email to the appropriate address provided on the application.
